This number always calls me when I'm not available, like in the shower or when making a meal. WTF?
I thought PayPal was in Luxembourg? (sorry about the spelling) is 00353 an Irish number?
I edited my number so it was a number they were more likely to catch me on and they've still called the old number. I suspect they are either dead stupid or not really PayPal at all. -
This number just calls and calls and never gives up. Must be calling between 10 to 20 times per day.
I very much doubt this is paypal as I'm being called on a different number than that on my account.
When I had a problem with my PayPal account I couldn't find a phone number for them and had to wait for a response to my message. -
This number keeps calling about three times a day, for that reason I've never answered their calls.

"PayPal" keep calling me on an old number. Surely if it was a real call they'd have noticed I'd have updated my number last month.
As they are calling my old number - this has to be a scam!

Got their number from 1471 and they keep calling before 9am when I'm not even at home. I'm not even sure they are calling for me because the number they are calling isn't in my PayPal account. Some of the calls are clearly "silent calls" because a few seconds into the voicemail someone goes "Hello" a few times as if they haven't heard the voicemail message I've recorded, so clearly weren't listening or on the call when the intro played from the start.
