Yes, i have used national pen company before. I have got 2/3 calls from this number recently and they ring for just 2 seconds. Maybe here they want you to pay for the call by calling them back. Either that or they are just cold calling and haven't got an available person so cut off the call before you answer.

Company is 'National Pen' its a follow call if you have already dealt with them offering a deal on pens, which, may I add, are excellent writers, my clients go crazy for them.

I checked out a missed call and found this site.
Company "National Pen" supply corporate advetising pens and products.

This number is for the Revenue & Customs. Not sure why it appears as an Irish number as the young lady I spoke to had an English accent and those in the background of the call centre were English

This is a Pen Company that when called back you get a voice message saying " National Pen,National Pen,National Pen." then a DEAD TONE !!!!
