   Someone called in name of bank tsb asking for update details in their system, asked me for name date of birth address email. I refused as no proof is tsb who called me. This is GDPR breach if asked over the phone, date of birth update? Since when it could change dare if birth?!!

   Yeah im after getting a phone call therei just told him i have updated details in branch so there was no need for them to contact me over the phone

   DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER. Called claiming to be Permanent TSB and looking to update certain details on account. I hung up and called the number for PTSB that I know and they confirmed that they would never ask for these details over the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER.

   I received a call today from the same number looking to update details for marketing purposes.I knew it was suspicious. How do they have my full name & contact number?

   Said he was PTSB and my mail was returning to them, would I update my details. I asked what address where they were sending it and he would not give it for security reasons. Check mate I said I'm not giving mine either

   Someone called claiming to be from Permanent TSB - wanting to update details over the phone... I rang the Open 24 number and they confirmed that nobody from Perm TSB would be doing this.
