I've had a couple of different amounts taken from my account. I should have been paying 24.99 euro a month but have had amounts of 60 euro and 90 euro taken.
When I rang I was told that the "system" didn't apply the discount.
This makes no sence whatsoever especially given the amounts as above.
I do not trust Puretelecom and have asked for a refund of my money and then closure of my account.
I'm still waiting to hear back. They are slow to respond although they called me today once and I was driving.
I have no other communication apart from this call and speaking to a rep once. I have informed my bank and they will no longer be able to take whatever amount they please. I'm calling the ombudsman tomorrow to discuss same. As a result of them taking the wrong amounts other Bill's couldnt be paid and I've had to shoulder their costs
Really not happy but I'm only getting started.
