I think these parasites are associated with some debt collection outfit called CABOT ASSET PURCHASES (IRELAND) LIMITED.
The latter who are supposed to be a VULTURE fund that buys up peoples debts for cents on the dollar from what I understand.
They are using the pretext of sending solicitors letters to debtors to intimidate them into engaging with them so the statute of limitations can be reset to zero if I am correct in understanding.
If you have a debt that is over 6 years old and have not had any activity with servicing or engaging with debt collectors for whatever reason it is statute barred from what I gather but this seems to be some ploy to trick people into reengagement which is probably on the very edge of the law itself in the least.

Got the letter last week saying they'll bring me to court and take everything even the house oh and the sheriff will me round. It's an old dead from Halifax bank about €800 and now the calls. Just block the number and ignore the letters
