Investigator Bill reported number 016075278800 as Supposedly Microsoft
The caller identified himself as Microsoft. Asked if I had my computer switched on and was using it. Then said he would put me through to his supervisor. I hung up at this stage. A woman rung back and asked why I had hung. I replied that I believed the call to be a hoax and that I had already spoken to the police about a similar call. This is the truth. At this point she said I would definately be hearing from the police and hung up. I've heard nothing from them since. Alternately of course I could have said I don't own a computer.
