   I recieved a call from this number, I called it back and it claimed to be from EIR, having dealt with EIR about 3 hours beforehand I was unsure as to what they could want so I called 1901 and they confirmed that it's most definitely a scam caller and not one of theirs - also note the automated voice was male on the scam call and female with EIR 1901 number.

   Called yesterday and was on the phone for about a minute til it said someone from eir was trying to contact me and would ring shortly. I got 2 more calls from that number again today, not answering

   Missed first call. 2nd call, woman claimed to be from Eir. Been having grief with Eir, and yesterday spent God knows how long on the phone talking to two different departments. Doubt very much they'd be ringing me today.

   I didn't get to answer (lucky me). Voicemail alert and I listened to approx 5 mins of hold music. I kept listening in case there was some logic but no.
   
   I see from reports here that it might be Eir. I cancelled subscription 3 months ago and received a message saying someone would touch shortly. Nobody got in touch but they keep billing me. Maybe that's why.

    Just two ring tones - taking the phone, no person on the other end, just an automated message 'one of our staff tried to reach you and will call again'. Truth is: Nobody tried to reach me, it is ALWAYS automated messages only. Probable reason: I do not accept the 2 Euro (!!!) 'punishment payment' for manual payment instead of direct debit.

    Caller said from Eir knew my name but said I was on a sim only deal and how they Gould give me a free phone. You don't get a phone with rolling 30 day sims. My bet is it was a scammer

    Received call from a female at 12:21 on today Monday 10/2/2020. Call duration 48 seconds. Agent claimed that she was calling from EIR and wanted to discuss the account with the account holder. Refused to speak with authorised contact on same account. Agent did NOT stay on line when phone was passed to relevant person. "Suspected SPAM" warning advisory came up on my phone display on handset. I never find EIR calling us in this way. Maybe the caller was not from EIR as she had claimed? I have now BLOCKED this number!

    I answered call
    a guy with dublin accent from vodafone offering me a sim card for 12 months with free calls text data as long as I was in a broadband contract with them for the 12 months.
    He put me on hold to get the terms and conditions at that point I hung up.
    He knew my name and address
    dont know if it was a scam or not

    That number seems to automatically send you to someone else's answering service. I don't know if its Eir as I'm with 3 and still got messages from someone else just answering their phone. Do NOT call the number back

    I have received 2 Calls from this number .I have never answered it but I see from here that it’s a nuisance call I suspect whoever is phoning is waiting for you to phone back so tha5 you will be charged at a premium phone rate
