These are spam calls from three Ireland - I confirmed this with their retention team. If they tell you there is a 1 euro charge for changing contracts it is not true. The retention team will claim the only way you can stop these calls is to speak to the sales team (Indian call centre). This is not true. If you insist they will deal with it. I was particularly annoyed that I had already set up my three account to avoid all sales calls yet they still did this. One more strike and I'll report them to the Data Protection Commissioner.

from 3 Ireland. Miss one payment and you are hounded by an Indian call centre demanding your credit card details. Very aggressive behaviour and impossible to talk to anyone that is actually based in Ireland. Absolutely no way I'm renewing my contract with this lot.
