Total Scammers. E.g. : They call and sell advertising for a magazine which does not exist. They target charitable donors, and pretend to be associated with the charities people have donated to previously.
They scam vulnerable people out of money.
They take contracts to do this from absolutely ANYONE.
They are the last dirt.
