The voice told me, it was a "windows-service denter". It told me, that the computer of on of my friends was infected by the virus of a virus on my computer. HOW CAN THEY FIND OUT MY PHONE NUMBER? mUST BE SOME HACKER ON WORK..

Person with accent pretending to be mandated by Microsoft because my computer had "lots of problems".
First, he tried to speak to me in a scandinavian language. Probably mistaking my country (Switzerland) with Sweden (as usual ^^).
Seems that Microsoft never do that (http://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx).
If you're having problems with your computer, call the helpdesk of Microsoft or of the brand of your computer directly. Don't listen to unknown callers.
