This Number called me saying it was from DECLAN in a very friendly tone, so I thought it was a friend/work Associate initially. He rushed through the identification of his Company "DCS" and wouldnt answer any questions about himself or his business until I identified myself, which I preferred not to do until I knew he was a legitimate person. In the avoudance of fraud I asked him for his date of birth and PPS number, and the address of his location. DECLAN repeatedly insisted he had identified himself and became a wee bit agressive in insisting I tell him who I was. When I said he had not done so at all, he said he had, but was going to hang up anyway. It seems like some sort of scam to me, getting personal information from innocent people without any identification or stating their business. No professional company would carry on their business in this manner. I'd be very wary of Fraud in this type of phone call. Be careful what you say to strangers over the phone.

They called me and refused to say who they were until I confirmed my name and address which I wouldn't. I asked the call was about and she kept saying 'a private matter' and again would give no further details unless I confirmed MY details. Obviously some collection agency
Kate replied 10/17/14, 12:37 PMSame happened to me. I said Im not interested in what ur selling. What is ur company name. They wouldn't tell. Said they would send out an agent. I don't owe any money so don't know what this is about.
