   Called on a Sunday. My first ever bill has just gone overdue and now they want to cancel my direct debit, change me to a higher rate and have me pay €300 security deposit because of this. Previously they have harangued me over a bill which I had paid in advance. Seeking payment as if it were overdue. Not a nice company, wish I had known before signing up.

   I have always and will always i pay my bill, but the harassment I've received from airtricity is unbelievable, I've never not paid my Bill's. Am currently looking st a different supplier, need to change, don't need the hassle of constant phone calls ,letters and emails

   the persuaded me to stay with them as i was about to switch to energia. I just got my bill and it has gone from usual 30/40 euro to 106 even though I calculated my units when I submitted my meter reading and it showed that I had actually used fewer units during the last billing period. I'm considering leaving them once this bill has cleared.

   Constant calls for overdue 50 euro. With them since 2010 and always get paid. Threats of disconnection.5 calls over 2 days and a letter. When I get it you’ll get it .

    Overdue bills even though arrears 45e been with them 7 years and always pay one bill before next arrives.Already have 2 letters and 2 calls, don't need this extra stress !

    Im glad people feel same. I get calls/voicemails/tects & emails when bill overdue by 1day. A bill thats 50 odd euro. I dont answer anymore as i dont have the time to be answering their volume of calls for a 1day overdue bill of 50euro. Their extreme approach are making us look for snother supplier. Its become so riduculous that these extreme volume of calls are turning customers away. Put in a penalty system if they need to be that harrasing ober 50quid

    i received a notification about one bill but they shut my account and I couldn't access the bill details in order to pay it. They have been harassing me over and over and over to pay a bill I can't access. I got access today but was called and emailed about paying it immediately. Very, very aggressive company in their business dealings.

    Fed up With this lot calling me over a bill that I pay every week regardless of it being overdue I'm still paying have talked to them many times and just stopped answering now but I'm continuing to put money off bill weekly. They send out contradicting letters with different amounts that is owed. I'm actually considering taking them to court for harassment. Twice in 20mins I've got calls and I'm sure I'll get text messages to follow the 2 letters this week. Anyone else getting this sort of harassment for €100!! And just before I finished this I've gotten a 3rd call and a text message!!!
