   They answered my call at 6am (though not on a Sunday) and knew things only TSB should know.

   After paying for groceries in Al Campo Spain I got an alert message from the fraud team, called them back and advised I was Spain for a number of days.

   Scam. Callers using this number so seems legit tries to get you to give them the codes they get sent to your phone
   Beware guys as even the girl in the bank thought it was legit from them when she seen the number and texts from them

   This was a call from my bank to confirm a purchase made with my card. They thought it was suspicious but it was a purchase I actually made.

   It was a genuine call from Permanent TSB fraud department, checking the authenticity of a foreign transfer that I made online on my account the night before the call.
   100% genuine.

    This is genuine, I recieved a text asking me to contact them ASAP ref a suspicious payment on my CC. They provided me the details of the payment amount & company it was intended for,once I confirmed I knew about the payment it was released/processed.

    Permanent TSB fraud dept definitely, They were ringing to confirm an odd payment on my card, without any prompting from me and were also able to confirm the dates I had advised of travel over the next few weeks again without prompting from me.

    This is a genuine number - check it out, it's on the permanent TSB website. I got an SMS/text asking me to call it at 4am. It seems my card was being used to make purchases online all over the world. Tyher work 24/7...

    I got a text to call them back, They are fraud, they have exactly the same welcome music and the same speaker when you call the number, nly there were no choice between 1 to 5, that is why I was very suspicious. TSB has just confirmed.

    any unusual card activity gets flagged and they ask for confirmation. i received a message due to a kickstarter account which had been unused for over a year using the card.

    it is genuine. I work there. its the fraud department of ptsb. open 365 days a year 24 hours a day. we contact clients by phone first if no response leave a voicemail or sms. after 9pm we send sms. fraud has to be monitered 24hrs a day :-)
