Called 2 days in a row. I answered the second call. Heavily accented male claiming to call from Irish Revenue with a tax refund. Hung up as soon as I questioned further. Do not give them any details!

The caller purported to be offering a tax refund and looked for VISA credit or debit card details to make the refund of €750. As they had an african accent, I suggested that Revenue in Ireland document all refunds by post and only then make direct lodgements. They protested some more and when I refused the number, they called said 'fuck you you-'

Caller said that they are from revenue. They wast to refund €353 on my visa ... I knew it’s scam and revenue never call . I asked them my PPSN Number and they said they have only my phone number. I gave them my card details to check their action. I received a text from bank that I have to confirm purchase from Baja Allianz General RS 41444 which is worth €500 , need to confirm the code to then . I refused to give them bank code then they said they will hack my phone to get code . Quite funny..... anyway reported to garda .... if they ring you plz report the Garda
