This is a "solicitor" that is part of a debt collection agency. If you dont engage with them in any way the cannot do anything, do't answer you phone, reply to post or emails. Dont confim or give any of your details. They have threatened me with legal action - they cannot do anything unless I confirm my name and current address to give me a summons. My credit will be effected - only banks and credit unions can do this. IGNORE AND THEY WILL GO AWAY.

They call you ask you to confirm your name and address . They wont tell you who they are . My replay if you dont tell who you are and not giving you info . I think they have my email address as well sending me emails to contact them quickly . But they not got my home addresss

Male caller refusing to Identify himself when phoning...............to my relative when pushed becomes abusive.....using office close to city hall in Dublin won't be hard to track down if required...............that area of Dublin is a small place

This is Hugh J Ward & Co Solicitors - not hard to find out that they're on Seville Place, Dublin 1. Actually a good company but as they explained to me after I was suspicious, they can't disclose information without confirming details as this protects peoples privacy.
