When it rings no matter how quickly you answer their end stays silent and after a few seconds the call gets cut off on their end. This has happened a number of times in recent weeks and I am fed up of answering dead end calls. If they want to speak by all means call away, but for this rubbish wither fire the staff that obviously don't want to do their jobs or just shut the call centres all together.

Why can people use numbers to call us, but be allowed to prevent people from calling them back on their own number.
This is not right. I keep my number private for a reason. I don't want people to be able to scry out my number while keeping themselves free.

This number rang the office line, very low, muffled & voice changer on it, when i turned up the earpiece volume all i caught was the end of the person saying 'ring to discuss, they were available any time at 1850405021'. This number cannot be reached no more than the original!
